Project Atrium

Originally designed with an open-air front atrium, this home was reimagined for seamless indoor living and family flow. We enclosed the space to create continuous interior square footage and remodeled the kitchen with Taj Mahal quartzite, custom cabinetry, and Thermador appliances. Bathrooms were updated and an outdated brick fireplace was skim-coated for a clean architectural finish.
