Refund Policy

Bespoke Builders is a construction services company. Due to the nature of construction work, all sales are final and refunds are not provided for work performed.
Deposits & Payments

Deposits secure scheduling, pre-construction planning, labor allocation, and material procurement.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered on your behalf.

Progress payments reflect work completed to date and are non-refundable.
Work Performed
Construction services involve labor, time, coordination, and materials that cannot be returned once work begins. As such:

No refunds are issued for completed or partially completed work, including labor, materials, subcontractor services, or approved change orders.

Payments made cover services rendered up to that point in the project.
Cancellations

If a project is canceled prior to the start of work and before materials are ordered, refund eligibility (if any) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, less administrative, planning, and design assistance costs.

Once construction has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Change Orders
All approved change orders are final. Payments associated with change orders are non-refundable once work has started or materials have been purchased.
Disputes
If you have a concern about workmanship or scope, we encourage open communication. We are committed to addressing issues promptly and professionally in accordance with the project contract, but disputes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
