  • Payment schedules

  • Change order procedures

  • Timeline expectations

  • Responsibilities of each party

 

In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a signed construction contract, the contract shall control.

 

Payments

Clients agree to pay all amounts due according to the agreed payment schedule. Late or unpaid balances may result in work stoppage, schedule delays, or additional fees as permitted by California law.

Change Orders

Any changes to the scope of work must be documented and approved in writing. Change orders may impact cost and timeline. Work will not proceed on changes without client authorization.

 

Design Assistance

Bespoke Builders may provide design input, guidance, or recommendations as part of the construction process. This assistance does not constitute licensed architectural or engineering services unless explicitly stated in writing.

 

Scheduling & Delays

Construction timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Material availability

  • Permitting delays

  • Subcontractor schedules

  • Client-requested changes

 

Bespoke Builders is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Warranties

Workmanship warranties, if applicable, will be outlined in the construction contract. Normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or issues caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party work are excluded unless otherwise specified.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Bespoke Builders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or construction services.

 

Intellectual Property
